While in school, Jonathan also developed a love for exercise, and he has maintained his fitness goals ever since.
Exercise is amazing for the human body. According to health professionals and researchers, people should aim for the minimum, which is to try to reach at least 30 minutes a day. The benefits of incorporating a regular routine are unparalleled. For people who make exercise a consistent part of life, they get to enjoy various fruits of their labor such as reducing their risk of heart attacks, type 2 diabetes, and some cancers. For active people, there is also the added benefit of lower cholesterol levels and weight management. Making fitness a priority also provides stronger bones, joints, and muscles.
In addition to all the physical benefits, Jonathan Tooker knows that regular exercise has also been proven to benefit people’s mood and increase their overall well-being. The science behind this says that frequent exercise makes your body produce the “feel good” hormones such as serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. It’s also a great way to boost your mood and focus on the positives. In addition, participating in a group setting or going to a gym provides opportunities to meet new people and socialize.
For people who want to start an exercise routine but don’t know where to begin, it’s sometimes helpful to try out various sports and see what appeals to them. Cross-training is also a great way to exercise various muscle groups while giving others a rest, something that all fitness professionals advise. Joining a gym is the best way to sample various types and levels of fitness all under one roof. Experts advise a mix of cardio and strength training for maximum results.
